RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the company's owned e-commerce system, including responding to customer queries, relevant documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders and partners for order fulfilment.

The Snr Executive / Asst Manager will support the Vice President (Systems and Quality Assurance) in implementing and managing the SingEdExcel QA framework, School Management Model (SMM) Knowledge Repository, EduTrust compliance and data protection across the organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance management, or a related field.

SCOPE

OVERALL OBJECTIVES
