This role is part of the Investment team which is responsible for helping PACS achieve its objective of delivering sustainable performances to our policyholders and shareholders. As Portfolio Monitoring and Analytics, the role will be supporting the Lead of Investment Management to assess and review portfolio performances and risk drivers of Prudential Singapore’s investments.

Job Description

• Ensure all portfolio risks in alpha activities are identified, measured and monitored throughout the PACS investment value chain
• Develop and implement performance, exposure and risk analytics / reports / dashboard to understand portfolio drivers and ensure appropriate risk taking
• Highlight risk issues and participate in discussion with the team, senior management and governance committees
• Develop independent assessment on the portfolio risk-reward trade-offs and propose adjustments in portfolio risk positioning to maximize alpha generation
• Be part of the capital allocation and portfolio implementation process through providing assessment in the review on performance and risk drivers of PACS investments
• Support Head of Investment and Lead of Investment Management in achieving efficient risk taking at the SAA/ALM and portfolio level
• Provide order management / portfolio management support including order preparation, transaction reporting and portfolio monitoring, timely execution and accurate reporting

Who are we looking for

Competencies & Personality Traits

• Basic understanding of portfolio management, risk analytics, quantitative skills and with experience working with at least two or more portfolio tools such as Aladdin, Factset, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Morningstar etc
• Working proficiency with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau etc
• Familiarity to Excel VBA, R, SQL and other coding skills are highly preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

Purpose of Job:

To support Singapore Art Museum's Front of House operations; by delivering quality customer service, ensuring pleasant visitor experience, handling enquiries, and supervising a team of Visitor Experience Officers.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Prepare exhibition spaces for daily operations (including weekends and public holidays).
• Conduct daily briefing.
• Handle enquiries and requests from the public, including visitors and guests.
• Ensure good customer service and visitor experience at exhibition sites. Deliver service recovery, if necessary.
• Uphold admission guidelines and encourage positive visitor etiquette.
• Handle on-site incidents, if any.
• Collate feedback from visitors.
• Collect information on visitorship.
• Check and replenish marketing collaterals.
• Staff Information Counter at exhibition sites, when required.
• Assist the Manager to deploy and supervise a pool of Visitor Experience Officers.
• Ensure daily artwork checks are done, perform basic artwork troubleshooting, and report artwork status.

• Collaborate with all internal departments and suppliers to foster a quality-focused environment aimed at achieving zero-defect products.
• Lead and work with the MRB team on OSV activities to address supplier requests before initiating any RMA/RTV processes.
• Understand customer manufacturing quality requirements and align with business agreements to effectively manage supplier line rejections.
• Work closely with suppliers to expedite the return of defective products, follow up on disposition and FA reports, and coordinate with internal departments such as SCM, Quality, and Process.
• Ensure zero defects in quality on hand and manage aging periods effectively.
• Support parts localization and collaborate closely with the factory RD and engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) standards.

• Degree or Diploma in Quality or Engineering.
• Ability to effectively interact with customers, HQ/factory, peers, subordinates, and superiors.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Capable of multitasking and working under pressure.
