Position Overview:
The Associate Director / Director, IT Audit, will play a pivotal role in strengthening our IT department's audit and assurance capabilities. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), this position will closely partner with the 1st line of defense and front the 3rd line of defense (internal audit team). • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT audit, with a strong background in collaborating with the 1st line of defense and managing engagements with the 3rd line of defense.

Objectives of the position:

One of the roles we are seeking is a Web Publishing Quality Assurance Manager

Overview of the role

The role of the Web Quality Assurance Manager is to undertake the quality assurance and testing of the website. This includes:

• Browser and device testing, especially mobile device tests
• Testing the features and functionality
• Verifying the quality of the build versus the design (layout, fonts, spacings, etc)
• Content quality such as image rendition, video plays

You will need to have experience of QA and a real attention to detail, be highly organised, passionate in your approach and proactive in achieving the best results.

Responsibilities

• Meticulously ensure that the web pages are produced in the manner desired
• Follow detailed briefs, taking responsibility for ensuring that you understand all requirements, requests and changes within that brief
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of content and functionality
• Conduct regular review to identify errors and inconsistencies
• Stay informed to address and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
• Ensure that you follow Black Sun’s quality control procedures, systems and work practices at all times, ensuring complete accuracy of all deliverables
• Ability to adapt and learn new working methods and systems
• Report, track and resolve issues within JIRA

Qualifications, experience & skills we are looking for:

– 3+ years’ agency experience in web production

– Must be able to work effectively under pressure, within strict time constraints

Responsibilities:

• Utilize critical thinking to analyze multi-source data and trends, drawing conclusions to drive business outcomes across global programs.
• Connect operations quality gaps to process, product & behavioral issues and drive analysis and actionable projects across internal operations and product teams.
• Design and deploy analytics dashboards to monitor key business metrics, establishing baselines, targets, averages, and benchmarks, and present findings in business forums through presentations.
• Identify appropriate data sources, extract data for analysis, and independently apply analytics tools to generate insights.
• Execute or lead quality assessments on advertisement products.
• Conduct thorough analysis of assessment scores and trends in customer experience and product failure points across process, product, and operational policies.
• Provide guidance and support to vendors to maintain adherence to quality standards.
• Gather insights from various channels and amalgamate them for actionable insights.
• Translate insights into an executable plan and advocate for implementation with key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs in line with organizational objectives, collaborating with subject matter experts to create training content and materials.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years' of experience in the Quality domain, preferably within a business function or technical customer support vendor program.
• Proficient in data analytics tool (e.g. excel etc.).
• Knowledge in programming (e.g. Python) and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau/Power BI).
• Analytical experience solving problems using data and providing actionable business insights.
• Experience in understanding, communicating and resolving technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in advertisement tech/digital technology is a plus.

Job Objectives

The Process Assurance Team is within Group Banking Technology (GBT), supporting bank’s Project, Development and Technology Delivery teams to ensure process compliance to System Development Methodology (SDM) process.

The team acts as an assurance gate for SDM major milestones to ensure entry & exit criteria are met and is responsible to review the quality of the artefacts such as functional & design specification, testing documents and others project deliverables.

This position serves as a Process Assurance Analyst for the software delivery assurance as per the established processes and guidelines, the lead will drive process compliance to all the software releases into production. The lead will also contribute to drive continuous improvements withing Software Delivery Processes.

The candidate must be skilled in verbal and written communication, as the position interfaces directly with senior project managers and delivery managers. The position requires attention to detail and accurately articulating impact in a non-technical and technical manner. Prioritizing tasks and shifting focus under pressure is critical as the team works through various competing high priority projects and releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently plan, conduct, and coordinate process assurance assignments, involving waterfall and agile projects. Review progress and evaluates results, which are communicated to the Project Manager and key stakeholders.

• Independently leads and plans interaction with project managers and delivery leads to establish/execute process assurance plans.

• Plans and implements recommendations for major improvements to existing processes and procedures.

Key Requirements

• Degree in computer science/engineering or related disciplines.

• > 3 years of hands-on application development experience in the banking industry, preferably led a development team before.

• Audit / Technology Risk Management experience

• Ability to communicate plans and deliver timely effective information to leadership and key stakeholders.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
