Production and Sanitation Procedures

· Assist in collecting records and data relating to SOPs for food quality and safety to meet requirements such as SFA, AVS and ISO 22000.

• -Review, investigate, resolve and identify the root cause of any problems which may be causing nonconforming products, thereby maintaining quality standards
• -Assist in evaluating operating procedures and ensure systems are implemented to control overall quality of product, to meet customer’s requirements
• -Assist in establishing a “Food Safety “culture and ensure that it is communicated to the production team for compliance

Food Consistency and Quality

· Conduct inspections for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.

· Contribute to root-cause analyses of customer complaints, providing quality assessments and proposing solutions to prevent future occurrences.

· Liaise with laboratory partners on food quality markers in all aspects, from sample preparation and submission and to mount an appropriate response based on the test results

· Conduct audits and assessments of quality for all suppliers of raw and packaging materials.

· Recommend systematic measures and initiatives to enhance product quality.

· Prepare a monthly quality report for submission to the management team, including updates on KPIs, performance, internal and external audit information and more.

Production planning and schedule

· Collaborate with various departments, customers, suppliers, and government regulatory bodies to prioritize quality within the company.

• -Ensure the equipment preventive and corrective maintenance program is functioning and carried out.

· Analyse production output versus sales to strategically plan production schedules to optimise warehouse and inventory use.

-Ordering necessary tools and consumables

Person Specification

- At least a diploma in Food Science or related, Veterinary Nurse/Tech diploma also accepted.

- At least 2 years’ experience in food manufacturing or related

- ISO 2200 certification knowledge a plus

- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin

As a Quality Supplier Manager in ASML Singapore office, you will be managing a couple of ASML key suppliers in Southeast Asia, responsible for their quality and operational performance. You work with suppliers on ensuring parts quality performance, solving both quality and technical issues, and drive process improvements, for example quality and yield improvement, process control, cycle time reduction, risk analysis and mitigation. You work closely together with the supplier team, the supplier manager, the procurement manager, engineers, etc. to drive success for the organization. The main goal of you is to secure an excellent quality of parts delivered by our suppliers on time and with the right cost to ASML.

Role and responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire Quality and Technical process performance of suppliers and their n-tier suppliers
• Monitor, review and drive supplier quality performance from incidents to structural improvement to achieve various quality KPI targets
• Contribute to supplier development (e.g. implementing SPC, lean, FMEA, operational excellence at suppliers or n-tier suppliers).
• Optimize manufacturing processes at suppliers by improving quality, testing and qualification infrastructure
• Drive yield improvements and process improvements at suppliers. Actively participate in improvement project at suppliers (cycle time reduction, cost of goods reduction)
• Carry-out analysis of quality issues and drive technical solutions needed during material availability escalations
• Support implementation of hardware changes at suppliers
• Build-up and develop technical competences within ASML (SPC, lean manufacturing, FMEA, operational excellence) to drive and support operational excellence at suppliers

Education and experience

• Bachelor or master degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or 10+ years equivalent practical experience
• Specialism in electro-mechanic assemblies
• Proficiency in quality tools like 8D, FMEA, Six Sigma, Lean, etc.
• Project management experience
• Ability to travel locally or internationally to supplier sites
