Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and take their body measurements
• Visit customers’ premises when required
• Coordinate fitting/measurement exercises and prepare data entry

a) Technical support services for DevSecOps/Integrated Application Lifecycle Management (iALM) system;

b) Monitor and maintain iALM applications and its infrastructure in production and non-production environment; c) Troubleshoot and resolve iALM incidents raised by users as per SLA;
