What is expected from this role to start with?
This is an on-site Singapore-based individual contribution role that will own-up the Technology Recruitment/IT talent search for the projects within existing named client accounts of the incumbent. Primarily, the focus is on account management & fulfilment of technology talent acquisition services to meet our clients' project requirements.
- Adopt a consultative approach, we aim to act as coaches and talent advisors for clients and IT candidates.
- Take the ownership of a new or an existing named client account, prepare an account plan and build relationships to grow the portfolio of services.
- Comprehend our clients' profiles, their project environments, roles, responsibilities, required skill sets, and expectations.
- Collaborate to clarify job descriptions and ensure a common understanding.
- Creatively source and engage potential IT professionals through various channels.
- When required, work with internal recruitment consultants, based in India, to fulfil the requirements.
- Guide and advise potential candidates, consultatively understand their technology skills, capabilities, and aspirations.
- Evaluate candidates based on evidences of their overall skills, experience, and motivation aligned with the job description.
- Present a concise profile summary of shortlisted candidates to clients.
- Facilitate the interview process for clients and candidates, ensuring delightful engagements.
- Effectively manage critical moment of truths and pre-closures with delightful experience for candidates.
- Adhere diligently to Sciente's internal processes and submit daily/weekly reports in a timely manner.
- Our objective is to support candidates in crossing the finish line and seamlessly joining our client projects.
- Engage selected candidates effectively for successful onboarding and completion of the crucial first three months.

Who shall fit-in the best for this role?
Incumbent must have at least 5 years of total experience in full life cycle talent acquisition/ recruitment of active and passive IT professionals and in client account management.
- A graduate degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, a related field, or any business/HR/engineering discipline is a prerequisite.
- Client account management for tech recruitment (270 degree) or 360 tech recruitment experience is mandatory for this role.
- Essential soft-skills include outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, along with a results-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to strategically source and judiciously screen candidates to pinpoint the ideal fit for our clients.
- Successful track-record in account management to service clients with desired speed and accuracy is a must.
- Proficiency in engaging with potential talents, adopting a consultative approach to understand their career aspirations, and aligning candidates' ambitions with our clients' project offerings.
- Independently contributing to the entire candidate journey, from sourcing to onboarding and seamless client interaction are key aspects of the role.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning are mandatory for our organizational culture and the demands of the markets we serve.
- Capability to work towards meeting revenue performance goals.
- A fervor for delivering results to grow portfolio of services to clients, coupled with discipline, focus, perseverance, and resourcefulness, is highly valued.
