About You

Reporting to the Manager, Application Services you will offer a minimum five years’ experience in software quality assurance, with 3 years in a leadership or senior QA role.

To be successful in this role with us, you will bring along:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of QA engineers in an Agile environment.

As a Software Quality Engineer, you'll enhance software delivery and quality by designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive testing coverage from development through production. You'll focus on creating automated test scripts rather than just finding bugs, helping developers improve their own processes. Responsibilities:

This role will have responsibility for developing, maintaining, and improving the Quality control systems and processes for a variety of critical laser systems as well as leading by influence to drive quality within the culture of the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Quality engineering support for manufacturing and project management

Qualifications

1. Degree in Engineering or related field with at least 8 years of working experience preferably in the government sectors, telecommunications, IT, or technology fields.
2. Good understanding of technology trend and ecosystem in the application modernization industry. Familiarity in areas such as low code/no code platforms, business process automation, robotic process automation, SaaS integration.
3. Strong solution selling and relationship management skills. Able to develop relationships from cold calling or networking activity.
4. Proficient at planning and executing account strategies and maintaining effective long-term business relationships with key decision makers.

Location: Tampines (Transport Provided @ Serangoon, Woodlands, Jurong East etc.)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)

Salary: Basic Up to $3200 + Benefits + Bonuses

Job Scope:
- Handle order processing and fulfillment for the warehouse to ensure smooth & prompt delivery.
- Reply to emails from customers on enquiries, feedback and order placements.
- Prepare customer's reports and maintain database of customers in the system.

Job Description:

• Perform real-time analysis and trending of security log data from various security devices and systems.
• Maintain data sources feeding the log monitoring system, develop and maintain detection and alerting rules.
• Respond to user incident reports and evaluates the type and severity of security events.
• Execute initial triage of incidents to rule out false positives.
• Identify recurring security issues and risks and develops mitigation plans and recommends process improvements.
• Interpret and apply security policies and procedures.
• Establish escalation processes for security incidents and develops contingency plans and disaster recovery procedures.
• Validate business requirements to align with business/operation needs as well as IT architecture and security standards
• Review the test scenarios and perform mock/sanity test to ensure smoother production implementation
• Perform walkthrough for BAU-related incidents and fix proposal to all stakeholders for review and signoff
