• Assess claims made by migrant workers, provide the necessary advice and action, as well as escalate legitimate claims cases to the authorities for conciliation and enforcement.
• Monitor progress of cases till closure (i.e. point of repatriation, or transfer of employer) and ensure proper documentation.
• Assess requests involving migrant workers and make recommendations to the MWC’s management and trustees.
• Support MWC in other areas when the need arises.
• Other additional projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• Good if have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Able to carry out assigned tasks independently
• Passionate in pursuing advocacy work related to Migrant Workers and to always maintain a positive and professional outlook
• Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in at least one of the migrant worker languages
• Able to work in a high-paced environment and support other core functions within the organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing and able to respond to urgent incidents at irregular hours
• A valid class 3 driving license would be preferred

• Ensure brand integrity, messaging, and strategy consistency across campaigns and the marketing funnel.
