Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day business operations

• In-charge of sales and well-being of puppies

• Daily checking of skin and health of the puppies

• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe and hygienic environment of kennel and customer service area.

• Daily updating of social media platform

• Responsible for photo / video taking of puppies and uploading to social media

• Responsible for grooming of puppies, housing, pet play and pet walk

• After sales follow up with customers

• Responsible for sending / fetching of puppies to / from Vet

Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Administrative and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage administrative duties while playing a key role in developing and implementing LinkedIn-based marketing strategies. This role is tailored for individuals who have a passion for social media marketing and are adept at fostering professional relationships online.

Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Duties:

• Oversee daily office operations, including organizing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
• Provide administrative support to the team, such as preparing documents and managing databases.
• Perform administration duties inclusive of management of stationery, purchase and maintenance of office equipment.
• Liaise with Government agencies relevant funding, grants applications, and claims.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

2. Marketing Duties:

• Develop and implement a LinkedIn marketing strategy aligned with our brand's goals.
• Create engaging LinkedIn content, including posts, articles, and company updates to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Foster connections and interactions on LinkedIn to build a professional network and increase the company's reach.
• Analyze LinkedIn insights and metrics to refine strategies and report on performance.
• Collaborate with other marketing initiatives to ensure a cohesive online presence.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an administrative role; experience in social media or digital marketing, particularly LinkedIn, is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for professional social media communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and an understanding of branding principles.
• Familiarity with the global market, with a primary focus on Singapore and China, and understanding their respective business etiquettes.
• Ability to write and converse in English and Mandarin.

As a Portfoio Solutions Specialist you will be responsible to build, develop and grow the assigned territory, including managing local/national tenders and ongoing and new funnels of devices in the assigned territory. To execute scientific activities in the assigned territory on driving product or solution strategies in the short, mid, and long term to achieve set business goals under the supervision of the Country Manager.

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Co-create new, innovative ways of partnering with a defined segment of customers - this will likely exhibit an orientation comfort in using Bayer products - Willingness to experiment with new days of doing business/ delivering outcomes, and a desire to engage with Bayer beyond image acquisition, expanding into a more holistic view of how Bayer can best impact patient and disease management.
• Energized by the challenge to create a vision and collaborate with a cross-functional team of internal and external stakeholders to develop a new innovative offering.
• Understand the healthcare operating model and relate to the mindset that addresses clinical and various stakeholder perspectives.
• OEM management – maintain and establish strong relationships to maximize market opportunities and strengthen business continuity and ongoing representation. Identify opportunities for strategic collaboration for further mutual clinical and commercial objectives.
• To identify and increase key opportunities in new accounts and manage the existing accounts with an entrepreneurial mindset (local/national tender and strategic customers)
• Train customers on the utilization of Bayer solutions beyond current product portfolio. Assist customer on making best use of product they have at hand. Increase adoption/implementation of the full offering of Bayer portfolio
• Facilitate training sessions, new product releases and launches, and implementing marketing activities, but not limited to product presentation, e-detailing, operation training, and congress and tradeshow.
• Develop a master call list and make five quality calls per week with outcome updates. Efficiency utilizes digital tools to perform advanced data mining such as prospect accounts, record and maintain customer database in RAD CRM platform, and coordinate the assigned territory activities with peers and field partners
• Ensure all scientific programs are effectively implemented and targeted for growth based on Return-on-Investment Planning
• Achieve profitable and sustainable growth and individual sales targets for the Radiology business.
• Generate and implement the annual territory plan on the assigned territory to develop the value proposition of each account, analyzing potential accounts for strategies, action plans, and resource planning.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor's or Degree in Business, Marketing, or clinically relevant field to radiography with an understanding of a clinical workflow.
• Min 3 years of working experience in radiology or at least 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience.
• Strong Presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to coach others on using products and clinical applications. Increase results in terms of sales and quality with customers by excellence in clinical differentiation. Have the ability to lead and motivate others.
• Demonstrated entrepreneur mindset and experience developing and executing product solution proposals. Added value: Experience in procurement operating
• Demonstrated the right mindset with self-driving product knowledge and selling skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead efforts to discover, define and create tangible, mutually beneficial outcomes and ideas into well-defined plan that is actionable and measurable
• Excellent networking and collaboration skills and anticipatory problem-solver
• Good command of English

CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

• Conceptualise curriculum projects that cater to low income children that meet their learning needs;
• Prototype new approaches in teaching and learning with existing teachers. The approaches would need to be anchored on evidence-informed practices;
• Lead professional development through designing resources in collaboration with other team members to meet the needs of our teachers. This includes working with partners beyond CDAC to drive an innovative culture of learning and team spirit;
• Institute strong teaching and learning processes to design learning experiences and the creation of an environment conducive to the development of student confidence, holistic growth, and mastery of learning.

TUTORING

• Assist in covering tutor duties when required.
• Tutor and coach students who need academic support in one or more subjects (English, Science or Chinese language) for Primary and Secondary levels for CDAC Tuition Programme students.
