Job Responsibilities:

* Handling of Adobe and Microsoft product sales

* Achieve the assigned sales quota set by Management & Partners

* Client relationship building & sourcing for new clients

* Manage proposal assembly, approval, presentation and the negotiation of contractual arrangements.

* Drive all Adobe and Microsoft subscription & Hybrid-based objectives as outlined in Partner’s marketing and business plans.

* Weekly sales reporting update to Partners

* Act as the main point of liaison between Partner and Internal Sales teams.

* Work closely with Partners to maintain latest sales strategies and product developments as well as to provide feedback on challenges or areas for improvement.

* Provide live support to Partner marketing events and marketing activities in the areas on product demonstrations and speaking engagements.

Job Requirements:

1. Preferably with Minimum of 1 – 2 years sales experience in the IT industry

2. Preferably with understanding of cloud-based software and subscription license model

3. Ability of cold-calling, account building and maintenance, and closing sales opportunities

4. Excellent verbal, presentation and written skills are required

5. Team player and a business partner

6. Demonstration of ‘on target’ sales performance

7. Establishment and effective use of internal and external relationships

Key Responsibilities

• Adopt a customer-first mindset, chart out the different areas of the customer journey, and develop campaign flows to nudge users from one touchpoint to the next
• Conceptualise content ideas and work closely with creative and Martech teams to actualise them into automated customer journeys and campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Take ownership to plan, setup, and launch daily campaigns across all CRM touchpoints (E.g. Email, Mobile App Push Notifications, SMS channels)
• Understand commercial business objectives and work with data teams to conduct actionable analyses to uncover opportunities and gaps in the user lifecycle, and identify new areas to grow the Lifecycle campaign portfolio
• Track, measure, and report on the performance of these customer communications, design and conduct A/B tests for iterative optimisation and improvement (E.g. campaign triggers, subject lines, sales copy, send timing and frequency)
• Work closely with technical stakeholders to develop mastery of our CRM platforms in order to constantly experiment and push the boundaries of our customer communications

Requirements

• Strong willingness to learn and grow independently
• Strong interest in being at the forefront of e-commerce, marketing, and technology
• Excellent communication skills
• Diligent in execution and able to think critically
• Able to handle data and relate them to qualitative aspects of work
• Proficiency in HTML, Excel, SQL is a plus
• Prior experience in ecommerce is a plus
• Prior experience in Marketing Cloud platforms (i.e. salesforce, oracle) is a plus
