Position Summary:

Analyzes supplier and/or customer data regarding ordering and/or delivery of parts and provisioning products or related services. Analyzes and processes material returned from customers. Analyzes customer parts requirement inquiries, facilitates responses and resolves delivery problem. Maintains customer relationships. Develops an understanding of customer’s culture and business strategies.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviews customer purchase orders to assess requirements.
• Process and maintain customer purchase orders (e.g., order entry, etc.) inputting in the ERP system and portal management.
• Interacts with the different positions in the warehouse as well as with other functions such as Sales and Quality to ensure that orders are resolved in an acceptable time frame.
• Prioritizes orders with issues based on required ship date and performs analysis on whether orders can proceed without additional input.
• Performs research in the ERP system to potentially resolve order issues.
• Revises and actions open orders that are pending resolution.
• For all critical orders, ensures timeliness of shipment through internal coordination and liaison with other functional stakeholders.
• Monitors/expedites orders with high complexity and urgency.
• Resolves customer claims with functional department (Accounting, Quality Assurance, etc.), credit and rebill, RMA process, determine root cause, recommend and implement corrective actions.
• Maintains a healthy pipeline on part usage/demand on existing contract, program, etc., in collaboration with Customer, Sales and Planning, etc.

The Role Responsibilities To investigate risk events / cases:- Referred by Law Enforcement Agencies (e.g. Police Orders) Escalated by Financial Crime Surveillance Operations (ACT & AA, as appropriate) teams (arising from Transaction Monitoring, Trade AML &/or Name Screening); Internal escalations submitted or referred by Business &/or other Conduct, Financial Crime and Compliance (CFCC) stakeholders (Country, Region or Group) on concerns of financial crime; Intelligence or information received via law enforcements' production orders, AML/CFT Industry Partnership (ACIP) advisories or Monetary Authority of Singapore; and Any other matter as directed by Director Case Investigations and/or Head of Financial Crime Compliance (SG). • Design, develop, implement, and maintain the IT Technology Governance and Control framework, Policies and Processes (inclusive of process implementation and tools development).
