As we continue to revolutionize the way construction projects are planned, managed, and executed, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our diverse and inclusive team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the high standard and reliability of our product.

The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes within our construction organization. Working collaboratively with our construction team, procurement, and engineering teams, you will ensure that our day-to-day execution adheres to our processes and project parameters and ensure conformance, meeting the highest standards of performance, functionality, and safety.

In your role you will report directly to the Regional Construction Lead and work across all projects in the Region to ensure consistency in the QAQC (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) program and will be matrixed to the construction quality team and work with our center of excellence and central quality organization as well.

This opportunity will also allow you to work directly with our central quality team and collaborate with our center of excellence, accelerating your career growth. Responsibilities

• Execute quality projects: Review and approve General Contractor Project Quality Plans, oversee, train, and counsel project quality staff, to ensure consistency of auditing and execution against Microsoft project quality specifications and standards.
• Collaboration with Delivery Teams: Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment by collaborating closely with construction, commissioning, procurement, design, and operations stakeholders, to address quality issues and ensure that necessary modifications are made to keep to budget, schedule, and scope for improved project delivery.
• Auditing: Agree to a quality audit plan in accordance with Microsoft specifications, execute project audits, and ensure audit goals are met. Consolidate, analyze, and reports key audit data on a regular basis to ensure compliance and conformance. Identify areas for improvement and use disciplined problem-solving techniques to implement and correct/prevent non-conformance. Improve process control through improved process capability and error-proofing.
• Documentation and Reporting: Document, aggregate and report audit results, issues, lessons learned and recommendations for corrective actions to prepare detailed audit reports summarizing non-conformance and audit outcomes in a clear and accessible manner.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze and evaluate the quality metrics of our construction projects and provide data-driven insights to support process adherence and conformance.
• Compliance and Standards: Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to construction and quality.
• Support quality control process iteration: Continuously improve quality control procedures and protocols for region wide change management. Continuously identify opportunities for process efficiencies within the audit and quality control workflow.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to stakeholders on quality control processes, specifications, and best practices.
• Support Software improvement: Identify defects, data inconsistencies, and areas for improvement, ensuring our tooling supports consistent quality delivery.
• Evidence of effective execution in a matrix organization

Qualifications

• Education: Relevant experience in Construction or Commissioning, including relevant certifications. We encourage individuals from diverse educational backgrounds to apply.
• Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) construction, construction quality manager, commissioning expertise, quality control testing, preferably in data center construction or industrial construction reliant on specific installation practices and adherence.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft 360 Suite, BIM (building information modeling), Bluebeam, and construction software tools as needed. Proficient in using data analytics and internal reporting tools, such as PowerBI, Compass Cx and other statistical inference tools.
• Analytical mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to specification and governing standards detail and installation compliance with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. This includes auditing contractor certifications.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, promoting open and inclusive communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields.
• Technical mastery of continuous/process improvement methodologies such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control), Lean, DFSS/process design, process management and change management.
• Certifications in quality control and testing are preferred. CQM certificate from US (UNITED STATES) Army Core of Engineers, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) 30,
• Familiarity with construction technology, such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), other construction management software, and infrastructure components.
• Knowledge of the FMEA, MSA process, 8D or other structured problem-solving methodology
• COPQ analysis and ISO 9000 experience. ASQ certification CQM, CQE or CQA
• experience managing a structured quality system.

Responsibilities

• Assist to test, evaluate and assess the feasibility of latest Windows patches/IoT devices/networking device firmware upgrade before rollout
• Attend and provision user account, access right and IT resources requests timely within SLA timeframe
• Provide advice, support & guidance to staff & management with respect to technical issues, networking, operations, application and desktop support

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(A) SPECIFIC (80%)

1. To develop and implement programmes/ activities directed at improving clinical quality and patient safety.

2. To promote, entrench, and communicate the principle and the methodology of continuous improvement in the quality systems and among all healthcare workers. To conduct relevant clinical quality training and review its effectiveness to meet these needs.

3. To facilitate and coordinate the hospital’s Clinical Quality Assurance programmes, including the monitoring of its deliverables as per its annual improvement & safety plan.

4. To assure compliance and is responsible for the maintenance of accredited systems such as Joint Commission International (JCI), including the monitoring and evaluation of the systems compliance through regular surveillance and audit.

5. To facilitate and coordinate the development of clinical pathways for the top DRGs and clinical outcomes in conjunction with the Quality Plan and programmes.

6. Is responsible to implement, monitor, collate, analyse, and generate report of the hospital-wide clinical performance indicators and measures for continuous improvement use.

About You:
