Responsibilities:

• Define, deploy and manage cloud-based workloads, security and compliance controls.
• Conduct mass training and briefings for application teams to help them on-board applications and services to the cloud.
• Monitor, analyse and identify infrastructure for vulnerabilities, and applying appropriate mitigations and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Perform AML monitoring/review on Trade post-transaction files.
• Review/investigate Trade manual screening alerts and red flag escalated by trade processing team for potential sanction violations in accordance with SMBC policies.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Efficient Management of Drivers and Corporate Accounts’ Debts
• Ensure the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of Credit Control are met

We are looking for someone to join us as a Lead Software Engineer, who is proficient in several programming languages and responsible for the development and integration of diverse systems to co-build solutions together with our customer. These solutions will contribute to our state-of-the-art Air Simulator project’s delivery to our end users.

What this role entails:

• Working closely with other internal and external teams to incorporate their sub-systems (e.g. instructor software, bots, 3D modelling) into a coherent integrated simulator
• Implementing messaging mechanisms to allow disparate, and possibly legacy, systems to communicate with each other

The Instructor Operator Station (IOS) is the main interface in which Flight Instructors and Operators will use, to perform planning, controlling of the training environment, observation, and instruction delivery to pilot trainees within a simulator system. We are looking for someone to join us as a Software Engineer, to co-build solutions together with our IOS team members. These solutions will contribute to our state-of-the-art Air Simulator project’s delivery to our end users.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, and development of Graphical User Interfaces for Flight Instructor and Operator use.
• Working closely to solicit inputs from Flight Instructors and Operators, to provide solutions suitable for their training delivery and execution needs.
• Working closely with other simulator subsystem teams, to ensure proper integration with the various simulator subsystem components (e.g. communication systems, networking, bots, etc).
• Adopting the various software development tools, approaches, and software frameworks that the company project team uses (e.g. gRPC, databases, microservices, PRISM framework etc)
• Adopting UI/UX best practises

Description

Regional Quality Manager (RQM) leads teams of Quality Program Managers (QPMs) who are responsible for supporting and guiding their respective sites and business partners to achieve business goals. RQM demonstrates a fundamental understanding of contact center operations, anticipate broader business needs, collaborate influentially with cross-functional teams, and develop strategic goals and tactical plans. RQM align resources to maintain a balance of customer, people, and business focus; have a passion to develop future leaders; and drive accountability to ensure success.

In this role, you will work with the business teams (in region and worldwide) as well as collaborate with the Retail Customer Care leadership. You will be leading a team to be responsible for helping identify business trends and insights, building Quality strategy to support business need and partnering with cross functional teams to improve customer experience.

A Regional Quality Manager will participate in business reviews, provide quality insights and are responsible for driving quality and performance improvements. You will need to be responsible in supporting and guiding QPMs to achieve business goals in customer experience and quality performance and includes building behavior based plans based on qualitative and quantitative insights. This work will be achieved through evacuating QPM engagement by attending site visits, applicable business meetings, and reviewing QPM communication outputs for our internal and external customers.

• Tertiary qualification in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

• Minimum 1 year experience in work on various communication systems technologies such as fibre-optic transmissions, digital trunked radio, public address and telephony, CCTV surveillance, access management and travel information systems preferred.

Responsibilities:

▪ Implementing the system in cloud and on-premise environments in accordance with the project requirement and operation support specification

▪ Manage full system stacks from the OS through the COTS applications packages and system security implemented in the cloud-based computing and as well on-premise environments

▪ Monitor and analyse systems performance data, syslog, monitoring log, application log, to perform tunning of operating system (Linux and/or Windows) running in both cloud and on-premise environment

▪ Identifying potential bottlenecks in applications’ package performance, troubleshoot and resolve Operating System and Application related incidents and issue according to customer’s processes

▪ Manage the system patching, security hardening, secure connection, data secrecy implementation

Requirement:

▪ At least 1.5 year technical hands-on experience on AWS Cloud and/or on-premise technical implementation of Windows and Linux system (or equivalent), and provide the requirement system support

▪ Certification as an AWS or equivalent Cloud Computing or Cybersecurity System is preferred. Certification in Windows and/or Linux System is an added advantage.

▪ Good knowledge in AWS architecture, network infrastructure, Active Directory, Linux Servers; hands-on experience on OS patching, hardening, system security set up

▪ Working knowledge and exposure in Identify and Access Management System will be given priority

▪ Automation, scripting experience with Linux Scripting will be an advantage
