Our current contact centre system is running on Genesys Engage on prem with Workspace Edition 8.5/9. There is on-going exercise for a next new generation contact centre platform that is scalable, flexible and nimble to support dynamic business needs, improve customer experience and effectively manage contact centre operations at an optimal cost.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Principal Project Manager (PRPM)/ Senior Project Manager (SPM)/ Project Manager (PM) in day-to-day management of the contract
• Advise the PRPM/SPM/PM on site quality and safety issues.
• Determine any non-conformances on works
• Liaise with Contractor to rectify any non-conformances and document them properly
• Ensure that decisions on site issues are conveyed to the Contractor within a reasonable time frame.
• Ensure that works are carried out according to specifications, drawings and programme without compromising on quality and safety
• Provide feedback to the PRPM/SPM/PM on quality and safety matters and suggest quality improvement measures for implementation on site
• Supervise installation of instrumentation and monitoring of instrumentation

Job Requirement
