Key Responsibilities

Job description

• Proactively engaging with customers on service sales and technical inquiries to support the sales team in meeting sales growth objectives and nurturing positive client relationships.
• Provides technical support during site installation, troubleshooting and testing & commissioning.
• Deliver in-house (phone/email) and on-site service support, as well as conduct demonstrations for potential customers.

Requirements :

• Minimum a Higher NITEC qualifications.
• Preferably with at least 3 years of commercial experience in the Electrical/ Electronic industry. Fresh graduates are welcome too.
• Good understanding of Standard Electrical Schematic Diagrams, and able to perform System, Hardware Testing & Troubleshooting.
• Knowledge and practical use of standard vacuum technology practices is an advantage.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

SQP oversees critical and non critical supplier mainly mechanical parts in. SQP is responsible in leading before and after FAS (First Article Submission) qualify and monitor quality performance of new / existing suppliers and ensure uninterrupted supplies of materials and services. He/ She should be able to foster close relationships with suppliers and partners and be able to communicate their value to the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead and Drive First Article Submission for new and existing supplier

Supplier Quality Professional develop Quality plan such as Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Manufacturing Process Plan (MPP) & Inspection Test Plan (ITP) to new supplier. Perform supplier audits such as QMS, Process and HSE. This will involve visit/audit and assessing their capability and FAI. SQP shall work with Sourcing and Engineering, to engage and educate suppliers/sub-contractors.

2. Lead quality performance review

Worked closely with suppliers, to monitor conduct audit for vendor performance. Conduct in process audit and drive for closure of audit findings and continuous improvement and reduction of COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality). Lead the discussion with the suppliers and ensure timely response is executed to deliver result to our internal customers. Guide Procurement and team for supplier performance review process.

3. Supplier Development.

SQP shall drive for vendor development, identify and develop new special process to meet turnkey objective and reduce leadtime of supplier.

4. Analyse supply market.

SQP shall propose and execute creative ways to improve supplier process which creates financial value to the organization.

5. Maintain good relationship with stake holders and customer/s

SQP maintain good relationship with stakeholders such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering and Quality. Work with cross functional teams in resolution of process and quality issues related to design, application and manufacturing process. Develop quality consciousness and impart application of quality tools such as FMEA, 8D.

6. Develop Product Quality Control Plan

SQP shall also be in charge in developing Quality Control Plan according to the requirements of the customer. He/She shall ensure that required processes and documentations and surveillance points are identified in the QCP. He/She shall liase closely with the customer during development of the new QCP and revision of the existing QCP and its approval (internal and Customer).

7. Customer /Third Party Inspection coordinator

SQP shall manage Customer and Third Party inspection of products/parts. He/She shall ensure that each Quality Control Plan activity which requires surveillance points are monitored and conducted accordingly. He/She will liase and communicate closely with the internal and external customers to ensure that TPI inspections are executed according to the plan schedule.

8. Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior.

Job Scope:

• Reporting to lead engineer and project manager.
• Directly involves in the Technical meeting with customer, analyze customer inputs and understand the requirements, such as Technical Specification, IO list, etc.
• Raise Technical Queries and clarification to customer.
• Develop drawing/documentation as required for the project; and work together with lead engineer for document submission.
• Together with lead engineer to design and develop 800xA Object Library.
• Develop test plan and procedures.
• In the absence of lead engineer, able to take the leadership and ownership.

We are looking for Software Engineer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits and will work with Creative’s engineers to design and build our mobile applications that will be the enabling software for Creative’s range of audio products. You will undertake development work on Android and iOS applications to support Creative’s audio products. You need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features and support new products. You have to unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability and general reliability and robustness. You are required to adopt automated testing to improve productivity and software quality. You must work on bug fixing and improving application performance. You should continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or its equivalent.
• Strong programming foundation in object-oriented programming/design, Java, Swift, Android and iOS development.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with Software testing methodologies such as unit testing, black box testing, white box testing etc.
• Experience with version control systems such as Subversion, Git.

Key Responsibilities:

• To oversee staffing plan based on available resources including supporting contractors.
• To lead technician(s) in providing engineering and maintenance support and troubleshooting to facility and utility systems.
• Responsible for the technical and engineering/quality solutions to plant ACMV, HVAC, boiler, chilled water system, compressed air, electrical, firefighting system, natural gas, purified water, and wastewater treatment systems.
• Plant pest control.
• Execute predictive, preventive maintenance work, including breakdown maintenance and facility and utilities modification.
• Conduct and document daily inspections and regular maintenance (both scheduled and unscheduled of all plant facilities/equipment.
• Coordinate and supervise vendors/contractors for installation, repairs, or maintenance works of facility and utilities.
• Contribute to and execute utility qualification.
• Responsible for facility and utilities instrument calibration.

• Manage BMS.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic with working experience in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in Manufacturing industries.
• Well-versed in GMP.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Systematic and able to work under pressure.

Inspection of Incoming Tools for Regrinding -

• Inspect incoming customer tools for regrinding, verifying tool condition and identifying regrinding requirements in line with quality standards.

Work Order and Documentation Management -

• Prepare detailed production work orders in line with company standards, ensuring clear and organized documentation for all projects.
• Maintain organized records of all work orders, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Certificates of Compliance as per the company’s established filing framework.

Data Entry and Record Maintenance -

• Record production data accurately for performance tracking, ensuring accessible and well-organized records that support senior engineers in analysis and verification.

Quality Compliance -

• Submit all drawings and CNC programs for review, ensuring compliance with established procedures and accuracy standards before final approval.

Job Requirements:

Skills & Experience -

• Proven experience using CAD software; knowledge of SolidWorks is advantageous.
• Understanding of CNC programming concepts; familiarity with ToolStudio or similar software is beneficial.
• Detail-oriented with strong spatial and computational skills to produce precise technical drawings.
• Experience with tool inspection or quality control is a plus.

Educational Background:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.

Communication Skills:

Effective written and verbal communication in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
