Job Duties:

Act as Consultant's resident PM and oversee demolition project and contractor.

• Report to consultant and HDB
• Oversee and ensure quality, timeliness and safety of contractor's work.
• Lead Resident Technical Officer in supervision of the project to ensure compliance of drawings/specifications, approved work methods and authorities requirements.
• Not required to sign PTCW. PTCW is under RTO
• Based at site near Ghim Moh
• 5.5 days week
• 6 month contract, client option for extension, commencement approximately January 2025

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Science / Project Management, Construction Management or other Construction and engineering related degree;
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry or 3 years of relevant post-graduate project management experience;

Knowledge / certification in the folllowing will be beneficial:

• Microsoft Project
• Construction Safety Course for Project Manager
• Certificate of Competency in Earth Control Measures for Construction Site Personnel

Job Description:

• Developing PLC & HMI/ SCADA program based on customer specification
• Integration of third-party equipment and components into software design. Example: data communication, barcode scanner, motion control, transducer, vision system and etc...
• Liaise with In-house, Design and Project Engineer for the software development and execution of the project
• Documentation of operation manual for the project.
• Maintain proper project documentation.
• Manage and execute assigned projects within schedule

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Mechatronic/Robotics/Electronics/Automation Control or equivalent

Design Engineer job description as following:

• Familiar with Design Submission Progresses.
• Work with design team to prepare drawings and relevant documents (such as Technical Specifications, Method Statement etc) for submission.
• Assist Senior design engineer to manage design matters and related submissions.
• Assist Senior design engineer to coordinate with management level, consultants and sub-contractors for design matters.
• Able to attend the sub-contractors' meeting and explain the related design technial issues.

Minimum Requirements as followings:

1. Degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
2. At least 4 years relevant experience in Trackworks/Rail industry
3. Experienced in Autocad, Microstation software to prepare computer-aided drawings.
4. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Job Scope

• Prepare schematic design, site installation layout, calculations, technical reports and specifications etc for automation equipment panel.
• Liaise with external consultant teams, contractors and suppliers to resolve project electrical design issues.
• Generate BOM and RFQ document.
• Communicate with contractor for automation equipment panel fabrication.
• Prepare factory acceptance test document for automation equipment panel.
• Responsible for liaising with Project Manager on automation equipment panel acceptance before ship to site.
• Provide support on site installation.
• Updating of Circuit diagram, Control device and Equipment Installation layout.
