What the day will look like

Role is primarily to look after the credit control function of several territories and attend to settlement queries.

Credit Control Matters

• Ensure timely settlements from Clients/Reinsurers in accordance to contract terms and procedures
• Reconcile outstanding balances with Clients/Reinsurers, identify problem areas and discuss issues/suggested solutions to resolve matters within the team
• Research on unidentified cash balances and discuss issues/suggested solutions to resolve matters within the team
• Perform cash allocation and ensure settlement is made to relevant parties as per procedures
• Resolve reconciliation discrepancies with internal and external business partners in a timely manner
• Ensure that claim and cash call collections are monitored, collected and settled promptly as per procedures. Updates to be provided to clients when required.
• Identify client’s or reinsurer’s behaviour that might impact collections. Escalation of collection difficulties to Team Lead.
• Ensure all queries are responded promptly
• Proactively follow-up and monitor outstanding balances on a weekly basis and seek Service Advocate’s assistance if needed with collection and written escalation / update to brokers and manager on ongoing issues
• Proper risk management on payments and receipts

Adhoc Matters

• Engage actively with Service Advocates for the efficient collection of balances
• Managing stakeholders through presentation of facts and data as well as relationship building
• Stay up to date on system matters affecting day to day operations, service level and outputs
• All other duties as required by the management

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Bachelor’s in business / Finance or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in Credit Control and/or Technical Accounting
• Good written and verbal communications skills in English
• Team player, ability to multi-task, work independently and communicate in a dynamic team environment
• Meticulous and able to multi-task under tight deadlines - exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders in a professional environment

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage overdue accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts through phone calls and emails.
• Prepare and send monthly statement of account and reminder letters to customers.
• Generate monthly AR aging reports and provide updates on account collection status.
• Investigate and resolve balance discrepancies, performing account reconciliations as needed.
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer account information in the System.
• Handle additional tasks and ad hoc duties as required.

As FE Central PIE Standardization & Metrics Senior Engineer you will be responsible to lead the the team on:

• Drive for alignment and standardization across various fabs on Best-Know-Methods (BKMs)
• Develop Metrics to measure the standardization, sustainability, scalability and synchronization of the BKMs.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, On Prem Devops (C3),  you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our container infrastructure within our on-premises environment. You’ll collaborate closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless application deployment and efficient management

What will you do? 

• Install, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters onpremises.
• Work with Docker containers and containerd for application deployments.
• Integrate Kafka for event-driven communication and data streaming within our on-premises setup.
• Leverage Guacamole for secure remote access to our systems.
• Ifrastructure as Code: Use tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to manage on-premises infrastructure.
• Monitoring and Alerting: Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for Kubernetes clusters in our on-premises environment (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

Job Description:

• Responsible for identifying deviations in the processes and ensure that all activities are cGMP compliant, identifying corrective actions, establishing path forward activities, and appropriate documentation.
• The In-Process Quality Assurance Associate (IPQA) will focus on initial deviation investigative phases related to manufacturing process deviation.
• Facilitates the use of existing management processes regarding deviations, investigations, and preventive actions.
• Performs area assessments and ensures compliance with SOPs, Policies and Procedures.
• Responsible for responding to customer needs immediately, ensuring appropriate corrective action is taken and process controls are in place.
• Work closely with Quality Engineers and QA Management to ensure thorough and complete investigation activities.
• Administration and management of deviations/investigation in Trackwise.
• Execute the final release inspection of packaging lines.
• Perform acceptance sample analysis for validation and investigation support.
• Responsible for the review and approval of controlled documents.
• Actively communicate with customers to facilitate continuous process improvement.
• Adheres to all applicable procedures, cGMPs, company policies and any other quality or regulatory requirements. (For example: FDA etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Associate’s degree in scientific discipline or closely related technical field of study is required.
• 1-3 years of pharmaceutical and FDA is preferred.
• Understanding of the production processes used in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• GMP experience is required.
