11. Implement risk assessment systems for all critical control points in the whole quality process flow.
12. Implement and maintain a system of auditing the facility and periodic calibration of test, measuring equipment and tools.
13. Develop and continuously build staff competencies, skills and knowledge through competency gap analysis and team members’ career progression and development plan.

Mandatory Experience

• 8 to 10 years of senior quality management experience in precision engineering, contract manufacturing of complex semiconductor equipment, or wafer fab environment.

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business / IT discipline with minimum 3 years of working IT Corporate sales experience
• Strong interpersonal/ communication skills – speaking to senior or C-level executives

• Self-motivated and highly persistent in follow-up
• Experience navigating past gatekeepers to connect with key influencers & decision makers
• Ability to understand and apply commercial acumen.
