Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead the implementation and operations of products for one of our core corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies for core corporate functions.
• Plan and manage product roadmaps with a focus on long-term sustainability and reusability across Whole-of-Government (WOG) initiatives.
• Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and align business requirements.
• Partner with development teams to translate these requirements into actionable features.
• Anticipate and address product-related challenges proactively.
• Continuously enhance products to maintain operational relevance.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure seamless communication across teams.
• Oversee daily product operations and drive performance improvements.
• Conduct training sessions for core business users and end users.
• Monitor and report progress through regular updates and management reporting.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with hands-on experience in managing product roadmaps and day-to-day operations. They should exhibit strategic thinking to ensure long-term product success in alignment with evolving corporate requirements.

Requirements

Work Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in product management and operational roles, preferably with corporate or enterprise solutions.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptability and effectiveness in handling ambiguity.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand and synthesize complex information rapidly.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in requirements gathering, creating user stories, and managing product backlogs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.

Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Experience with Jira
• Familiarity with Miro

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with stakeholders to identify & understand the requirements of software systems
  Plan and participate in product conceptualization sessions with stakeholders for eliciting requirements.
  Elicit and document business/user requirements and translate them into user-stories for development.
  Manage requirements by continuously clarifying and reviewing them via walkthroughs with stakeholders.
  Work with developers to interpret requirements leading to technical implementation.
• Analyze requirements to drive the design or review of test cases/business models/processes
• Work closely with the Product Owner on project schedule, issues, and escalation
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage business owners’ and project sponsor’s expectations
• Drive business process change requests on identified gaps and manage a project’s scope and acceptance.
• Provide inputs to the development team for implementation.
• Work with user experience designers (UXDs) and business users to plan for UAT, coordinate and monitor progress, and ensure acceptance of UAT.
• Ensure the completion of documentation and filings to facilitate software development.
• Continuously find means and ways to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively with various users' departments to provide quality service.
• For smaller projects, double hat as Product Manager with the following responsibilities
  Create project status reports and other communication materials.
  Craft project proposals to secure project funding and justify resource allocations.
  Manage project scope and stakeholders’ expectations.
  Issue escalation to the right people in a timely manner.
  Maintain and continuously refine the Product Backlog.
  Maintain the Project RAID Log and follow up on action items.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED

• More than 2 years of business analyst experience in software development projects
• Experience with web-based and business process software systems implementation
• Good written and verbal communication, including minute taking and technical writing skills
• Possess business case and user-stories development skills
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Agile project methodology (Scrum / Extreme Programming) and UX development environment will be an added advantage
• Experience with focus group and workshop facilitation will be an added advantage
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq will be an added advantage
• Experience with BPM modeling techniques and methods will be an added advantage
• Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner and/or Certified Business Analysis Professional will be an added advantaage
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline

• Associate Manager - Individual contributor role, opportunity to fast track to Team Manager if there is prior people management experience

Job Description

Reporting to the Associate Director for this business, the role will be responsible for new and existing business development within our client base.

The key measures of success in this role will be (but not limited to):

• Sourcing - be a key point of contact for the internal (HR) talent acquisition needs
• Lead Generation – drive activities, events, meetings for the purpose of networking and generating leads that are commercial important for the business
• Key Account Management – we partner with most top brands with their recruitment needs for the Singapore market so this role will be responsible for managing some of these key relationships
• Team Management – if you are someone with a passion to lead a sales business, this role will have the opportunity to manage a team of 1-4 people in the next 6 months
• Engagement – use social media, events, cold calling as an engagement tool to drive new business development
• Closing – we are looking for someone with excellent negotiation skills as this role requires an ability to close

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelors’ Degree with at least 4 years experience of having worked in a recruitment company, with minimum 2 years in a people management role would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Leading project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
• Managing schedules, budgets, and resources, and coordinating with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors
• Prepare master construction program and catch-up program, if applicable
