RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement all aspects of planning and operations relating to the realisation of exhibitions and other projects, as well as, care of artwork collections
• Organise and develop a full project life cycle project plans for the production management activities, including overseeing workflow, budget & costs management, timeline setting, project administration and exhibition set up and maintenance, logistics, design, fabrication and artwork/project installation for local and travelling exhibitions / projects

• Source for all goods and services (both locally and overseas) and to ensure that all purchases made through Purchasing Department are bona fide, properly authorized and conforms to prices and quality specifications and standards.
