Responsibilities:

Food Court Setup:

• Collaborate with the project team to design and set up the food court layout.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment installation, signage, and overall aesthetic appeal.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during the setup phase.

Staff Recruitment and Training:

• Lead the recruitment process for culinary and service staff, including chefs, cooks, cashiers, and cleaning staff.

Operational Management:
