Responsibilities

You will assist in the tasks of the Quality Service and Finance units for the client, with a focus on both quality service and finance support, including:

Quality Service tasks:

Objectives of the position:

This role is for the Customer Quality Support for Company’s product distribution where Customer’s feedback & Product Quality requirements / issues are handled. The person will be responsible to handle Customers requirements such as complaints, test data & other technical information as requested. • Review each circuit of the schematic to ensure proper wiring, confirming correct separation of voltages, communication, main power, and any accessory outlets.
• Verify that all parts match the Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Perform point-to-point continuity tests to ensure correct wiring.
• Check the correct wire gauge and colour.
• Inspect all labels, sit-track tags, for proper placement, accuracy, and cleanliness.

• Verify the paint colour and ensure no damage to the paint job.
