Job Title: Corporate Finance Manager
Location: Singapore
Salary: SGD 6,500 – SGD 8,000
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance consolidation, audit, budgeting, and forecasting. They will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing budgets, and supporting the overall financial strategy of the company. Familiarity with modern accounting systems is essential, as well as a demonstrated ability to work in a managerial capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Consolidation & Reporting:
o Lead financial consolidation processes and reporting cycles, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
o Prepare financial statements and management reports that provide insight into the company’s financial health.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting:
o Develop, monitor, and manage budgets to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
o Perform regular financial forecasting, variance analysis, and re-forecasting as needed.
3. Audit & Compliance:
o Oversee internal and external audit processes, ensuring all financial records meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
o Ensure internal controls are in place and effectively mitigate financial risks.
4. Financial Planning & Analysis:
o Analyze financial data to identify trends, provide insights, and support strategic decision-making.
o Develop financial models and conduct risk assessments for various business initiatives.
5. Accounting System Management:
o Maintain and optimize the use of accounting systems (Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, ERP, etc.) to improve efficiency.
o Stay updated with the latest accounting software and tools to recommend improvements.
6. Team Management & Leadership:
o Manage and mentor finance team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
o Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring team members achieve their objectives and develop professionally.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
· CPA or CA certification preferred.
· Minimum 8 years of experience in a finance managerial role.
· In-depth knowledge of finance consolidation, audit processes, budgeting, and forecasting.
· Proficiency with accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, ERP, and other current market solutions.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
