Job Description

· Plan schedules for specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilizing available manpower and equipment

· Coordinate, direct and monitor the cleaning operations in the company’s portfolio

· Effective management of operations executives and site supervisors to ensure delivery of operations covering all required areas.

· Regular visits to company’s cleaning sites to monitor standards of cleanliness, to establish and implement work quality and meet the evolving needs of clients

Our client is Singapore based architecture, interior design, and planning consultancy company with a focus on creating human centric for healthcare, research laboratories, eldercare and workplace environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead specific healthcare project(s), ensuring smooth execution and coordination.
• Attend and chair meetings with clients, contractors, and design teams.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with clients, subconsultants, and contractors.
• Handle change requests from clients, subconsultants, and contractors.
• Supervise all architectural teams involved in the project and ensure proper coordination across all disciplines (e.g., architectural, structural, M&E, medical planning, interior design, and landscaping).
• Oversee the review of shop drawings, RFIs, material samples, and method statements.
• Collaborate with the design team to address design and coordination matters.
• Monitor on-site work progress and resolve any arising issues.
• Establish site office operational requirements with the contractor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution and registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in the field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural details, working drawings, and construction practices.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively with both design and site teams.

Job Description & Requirements

1. Audit professional with one or more of the following qualifications:

1.1 Bachelor degree in Accounting;

1.2 Possess CA Singapore Qualifications will be an advantage;

1.3 Possess other professional accountancy qualifications from recognized accountancy bodies that

are recognized in Singapore including ACCA / ICAEW /Singapore CA/ CPA Australia or equivalent;

2. Big 4 audit experience preferred. Candidates from the mid-tier audit firms will be considered.

3. Minimum of 5 years in auditing with at least 1 year in a supervisory role and currently working in the

audit profession preferred.

4. Knowledge and competent to handle all auditing areas and the International Financial Reporting

Standards and the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards. Knowledge and experience of US

Generally Accepted Accounting Principles will be an advantage.

5. Required language: Fluent in verbal and written English.

6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

7. Salary commensurate with work experience in auditing.

8. Able to start at short notice will be an advantage.

9. To be able to contribute to the Firm and can grow the Firm’s client base.

10. Strong technical knowledge will be an advantage.
