• Possess strong knowledge of Contractual terms and works to ensure that Project Team adheres to Contractual Terms and Conditions
• Assists in resolving contractual and commercial issues with Consultants and Suppliers, and other stakeholders if require
• Co-ordinates the procurement of materials and suppliers for the projects and ensures expenses within budget
• Track of any variations for ongoing projects that may affect costs
• Responsible for the Valuation of progress monthly payments, claims, and final account settlement with Clients, Subcontractors, and Suppliers
• Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
• Attends to all contract administration matters and maintains proper documentation of the project
• Attends site and other meetings as required

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying / Electrical / Mechanical or its equivalent with 1- 2 years of relevant experience
• Possess knowledge in Cubi cost software will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates as required.
• Preparation of measurement sheets and assist in quantity take-off.
• Assist in estimation of direct & indirect costs for sub-contract sublet.
• Monitor and record site progress and keep records of day work.
• Check the allocation of manpower and productivity. Prepare comparison sheets for quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Preparation of payments advice and review then certify claim submission for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist in claims preparation in coordination with the Project Manager/Director.
• Follow-up payments from main contractor/consultant/client.
• Assist the Management to establish and operate project cost control.
• Provide advice on contractual claims, VO or other contractual matters.
• Measure and compute values to variations and prepare interim and/or final accounts.
• Provide estimates, computations & work on contractual/technical/project change orders.
• Prepare monthly progress payments to main contractors/consultants/clients.
