• Coordinates findings with work of project team and clients.

• Arrange and guide survey technicians to perform day to day works.

• Attend and advice professionally in meeting with our stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Civil Engineering or Geology related

• At least 2 years of Site and office survey working experience

• Exposed to instrumentation engineering

• Good hand-on experience with surveying software and applications such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

• Able to train survey technicians to perform proper basic survey procedures

• Independent and able to work under stress

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for pre & post contract activities in Construction projects

· Liaise with project, purchase and finance team to provide monthly project costing and revenue

· Responsible to update and verify project and production database

· Involve in project budgeting, specification, contract claim and settlement of final statement

· Monthly progress claim and payment certification

· Ensure documents are in line with Company SOP standard

· Other QS duties as assigned
