Perform Quantity take-off for tendering of project.To prepare BQ, tender document, cost comparison for tender project including source, compiles, evaluates and negotiates price with supplies and sub-contractors according to tender requirement.

Follows up effectively on payment certificate and payment with clients.Possess Professional Certificate/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or other related discipline.Proficient in Cad Software / BIM and MS Office.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in civil engineering from recognized universities
2. Experience in building civil projects with the main contractor in construction projects.
3. Shall be well versed in different levels of government agencies and construction regulations.
4. At least 5–7 years’ experience in Singapore as a quantity surveyor for large-scale construction projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for preparing quantities of materials necessary for procurement and tendering.
2. Responsible for preparing pre- and post-tender contract quantity surveys.
3. Responsible for tracking submissions of subcontractor progress claims and variations.
4. Responsible for managing projects and ensuring that all requirements and needs as stipulated in tenders are matched and fulfilled timely and accurately.
5. Management and evaluation of all progress claims matter to project owners and subcontractors.
6. Responsible for contract documentation on all projects on aspects of subcontracting, the evaluation of tenders and quotes, and account finalization for both main contractors and subcontractors.
7. Work closely with the site support team to ensure the subcontractor's scope of work is executed in accordance with the main contract drawings and specifications.
8. Overall responsibility for pre contract supervision, including tender briefing and measurement compilation into bills of pricing as well as tender evaluation and submission.
9. Liaise with the project manager on method of work, cost budgeting, and analysis for post contract matters.
