Create project report and analysis; provide management recommendation on profitability / viability of projects, variance analysis and standard costing.

Verify quantities for projects nearing completion and finalization of account.

Proper preparation and execution of project contract documents.

Maintain month-end reports for estimated cost vs. actual production costs and make variance-recovery strategies

Prepare progress claims and tabulate site status reports.

Certify subcon claims.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

- Inventory planning and maintain stocks at an optimum level.

- Coordinate on all inventory issues with suppliers and internal departments.

- Ensure proper inventory control and movement of goods.

- Update WIP records.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
• Handle issues including extension of time, terms and conditions, loss and expenses claim etc.

Requirements (Qualification & Experience)

• Bachelor's degree is Quantity Surveying or Engineering
• At least 5 years' of Quantity Surveyor experience in the construction of Civil or Building projects
• Good knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Contracts Administration
• Good time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage particular tasks in charge

Job Requirements

1) Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying

2) Min. 2 years in Building Construction Industry

3) Proficiency in taking off, cost and estimating all kinds of building projects including design and building.
