What You Will Do

• Conduct phone surveys remotely
• Perform accurate data entry

What It Takes To Be In This Role

• Experience in conducting surveys, telemarketing sales, or frontline customer service will be an added advantage
• Basic computer literacy
• Basic proficiency in Excel
• A laptop and earpiece will be required
• Good listening, interpersonal and interviewing skills
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Able to commit minimum 5 days per week, either half day (PM) or full day between Monday to Sunday

Period

• Approximately 1.5 to 2 months or until quota is met (Immediate commencement till early November 2024)

Payment

• $6 per validated survey

• All Phone Surveyors will undergo a 2.5-hour briefing and training session at our Bukit Merah office before starting the assignment

Location: Kaki Bukit

Working Hours: 5.5 Days Work Week

• (Mon-Fri), Office Hours (8.30am to 5.30pm)
• Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm

Remuneration Package:

• Basic up to S$ 3500
• Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Measurement of quantities, progress claims, quotations and final claims
• General quantity surveying duties such as pre / post contract duties, taking off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost and tender administrative duties
• Able to understand tender requirements, prepare and submit tenders as per requirements with specific deadline
• Preparing and analysing costing for tenders
• Sourcing of new vendors, compilation of quotation
• Review of price, summarizing subcontractors, materials and evaluation and certification of contractors’ claim
• Quantity take-off and cost estimation sourcing of contractor and supplier
• Assist project team in dealing with contractual matters including extension for time or expenses claims

Requirements:

• Preferably possess at least a Diploma in Architecture, Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
• Good knowledge and experience in project tendering & fit outs
• At least 2-4 years of experiences in interior design / renovation / building industry
• Independent & self-motivated
