Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties such as greeting and welcoming visitors, directing visitors to meeting rooms.
• Ensure the front desk area is tidy.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communication (including calls, emails, and messages).
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
• Monitor stationery, first-aid supplies, and pantry supplies to manage the re-ordering.
• Perform other administrative functions such as photocopying, scanning, etc.
• Issue stationery for new employees & inspect workstations of resignees.
• Assist in house-keeping and office relocation matters.
• Any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 GCE ‘O’ level passes; those without GCE ‘O’ level and with relevant experience and expertise may also apply.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of front desk service.

• Mon to Fri, 8am - 6pm, Sat 8am - 1pm
• Location Islandwide ( we will try to place you to the building nearer to you, usually within 45mins travel time)

Job Responsibilities:

• Help maintain and manage records for time attendance and staff leave.
• Prepare and submit reports related to absenteeism and leave applications.

• Ensure proper maintenance, organization, and updating of necessary documents.
