Key Responsibilities:

  Ensure timely and effective communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities using the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS).
  
• Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and developing a strong network within the industry.
  Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively position the company’s services.
  
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, placement success rate, and client satisfaction.
  Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities, client feedback, and market insights.
  Continuously seek ways to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
