SAP S/4 FICO & FICA Configuration:

Configure and customize the SAP S/4 FICO & FICA modules to meet business requirements and optimize system performance.

Troubleshooting and Support:

Provide expert troubleshooting support, particularly in Fiori CDS, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Problem Solving and Design:

Analyse complex problems, design effective solutions, and provide guidance to build teams for implementation.

Post Go-Live Support:

Work in a production environment post go-live, managing regular release cycles, implementing change requests (CRs), and introducing new functionality.

BRIM Experience

Experience with SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) is a significant advantage.

Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience in SAP FICO, with a strong focus on FI-AR and FICA.

Proficiency in SAP on HANA, specifically in posting/clearing and AR subledger reconciliation.

Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 FICO & FICA module configuration.

Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with Fiori CDS.

Proven ability to work in a production environment with regular release management.

Experience in SAP BRIM is a bonus.

· Receiving of provisionals, groceries and vegetables from whole sale supplier then arrange it properly

· Loading and unloading of provisionals, groceries and vegetable

· Help customers to find locate provisionals, groceries and vegetable, if need bring the stuff and put it their trolley

· Ensure shelves and product displays remain stocked.

· Replenish products onto display shelfs and areas as assigned.

· Check & account for damaged stocks, Tabulate balance stocks & Tidy up items displays

· Welcoming customers to the store and answering their queries. -Assess customer needs and wants: answer customer questions and concerns. -Provide appropriate product recommendations. -Ensure merchandise is in-stock and displayed on shelves in a presentable. -Build relationships with customers, especially regular customers.

· Create a variety of ongoing promotional activities to increase revenues. These can include daily specials, coupons, discounts, a loyalty restaurant that encourages repeat dining, and training wait staff to upsell appetizers, desserts and drinks. In addition to these types of promotional activities, able to develop larger business opportunities, such as group sales, offsite catering, a proprietary, private-label sauce, delivery service and corporate events.

· Accomplishes marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

· Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

· Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• At least 15 years consulting experience in Banking and Consulting industry

What You Will Be Doing

The shortlisted candidate will report to the Manager and provide administrative and outreach support to the department.

A. Marketing and Outreach

• Represent SUSS to promote the university and programme offerings in both local and overseas outreach activities.
• Assist Outreach Team Lead on allocation of team resources for outreach activities.
• Assist Outreach Team Lead on liaison matters with internal and external stakeholders for outreach activities.
• Prepare marketing collaterals and procure premiums for all outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate and relevant statistics for outreach activities.
• Undertake programme counselling - manage enquiries via phone, emails and manage applicants or leads’ enquiries via CRM system.

B. Admissions and Selection

• Assist Manager in admissions-related work, which includes applications and admission processing of full-time undergraduate programmes.
• Assist in the planning and execution of selections interviews for admissions, and other admissions-related activities.
• Communicate matriculation information and details to enrolled students.

C. Others

• Participate and assist in University-wide activities as specified in the respective action plans and/or duty rosters, e.g., examination invigilation, orientation, convocation, etc.
• Assist with any other ad-hoc projects, tasks and duties as necessary and/or assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree Holder with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in marketing and administrative, and customer service/administration
• Bilingual with good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• PC literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to do data analysis and information research
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work independently and take initiative
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Mature, meticulous and possess a high level of discretion and integrity
• Resourceful and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
