• Document functional requirements related to SAP EWM/SD/MM/CO/PS business processes;
• Advise clients on solution directions and the move to the new technologies (S4 HANA)
• Development of Prototypes/Proof-of-Concepts;
• Customizing of the SAP S4 HANA EWM/SD/MM/CO/PS modules
• Develop the integration with barcode, Manufacturing and handheld devices
• Coordinate, communicate and assign tasks within the team;
• Define and execute tests scenarios;
• Training of key-users and or business users;
• Develop solutions and proposals, functional fitment and value differentiation for SAP EWM/SD/MM/CO/PS
• Involve in solution demo and technical presentations
• Assist in developing the practice and related skills and assets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SAP EWM/SD/MM/CO/PS implementation projects of at least 8 years with 3 years of S4HANA experience with atleast 2 E2E implementation cycles
• Experience in various EWM/SD/MM/CO/PS scenarios and leading barcode integration products
• Preference for relevant SAP Certification
• Broad SAP knowledge with direct experience in data migration and interface development in addition to functional consulting
• Successfully completed a bachelor or master studies in IT, Engineering or Manufacturing Supply Chain;
• Experience in a client facing role preferably with an ASEAN based Consulting firm
• Possess excellent verbal, written and presentation skills;
• Self-driven, detail-orientation
• Ability to work collaboratively and productively with globally dispersed teams
• Ability to manage ambiguity, yet producing tangible results
• Ability to effectively manage challenging situations without loss of focus when under pressure

• Design, develop, and enhance software solutions using AS/400 programming languages.
• Lead requirements elicitation and create Application Architecture Documents (AAD).
• Create design artifacts and review team deliverables.
• Deliver high-quality code and support deployment and post-deployment activities.
• Support transition activities and interface with internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Analyze and resolve issues to ensure high-quality deliverables at each stage of the SDLC.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Maintain and enhance existing AS/400 applications by troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
• Lead a small team of developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support in coding, testing, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and software deployment activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design and coding standards.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading application development teams in an IBM iSeries and AS400 environment.
• Excellent in designing and writing code using AS/400 programming languages, including RPG IV, RPG Free, CL, and DDS.
• Strong understanding of AS/400 programming concepts
• Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting AS/400 applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
