Key Responsibilities:

Client Support and Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, addressing their daily inquiries and requests.
• Provide timely and accurate information in response to client questions about products, services, and order statuses.
• Cultivate and sustain strong, positive relationships with key clients to enhance their satisfaction.

Order Management and Coordination:

• Oversee and process client orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, production) to meet customer needs.
• Track the progress of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.

Issue Resolution:

• Handle client complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
• Proactively identify potential problems and take measures to prevent them from affecting the customer experience.

Client Feedback and Reporting:

• Collect and communicate client feedback to relevant internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on account activities, client satisfaction, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaboration and Cross-Department Communication:

• Partner closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure alignment on client strategies.
• Work with other departments (e.g., finance, logistics, product development) to address client-related issues.

Job Description:

• Design and implement transaction risk control strategies, establishing and maintaining a transaction risk management system.
• Responsible for design formulating risk management policies, processes and systems to ensure that internal control management complies with regulations and compliance requirements.
• Monitor the risk status of the exchange, promptly detect and respond to risk events, and provide risk management decisions and control measures.
• Responsible for communication and coordination with regulatory agencies and external risk management agencies to ensure that the exchange complies with regulatory requirements in terms of risk management.
• Promote the construction of the risk control system, have strong business understanding capabilities, and lead the monitoring and analysis of risk control-related data.
• Analyze transaction business-related data, provide risk management reports and suggestions, and participate in the formulation of strategic risk management decisions.

Job Requirements:

• 2-5 years of risk control/financial analysis experience, with experience in exchanges and digital transactions preferred.
• Strong risk management capabilities, able to identify and assess risks, and formulate corresponding risk management strategies and control measures.
• Those with relevant experience in user behavior tracking, anti-fraud, risk control warehouses, etc. preferred.
• Have high data sensitivity and logical analysis ability, and be able to conduct data mining and analysis independently.
