Job Scope

• Ensure orders are accurate and ready for fulfilment by verifying order details and availability of stock.
• Pick items from inventory according to order requirements, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Pack products securely to minimize damage during shipping, adhering to company packaging standards.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure items are available for order fulfilment.
• Process returned items in accordance with company return policies.
• Communicate with the customer service team to resolve order-related issues such as delays, product damages, or order discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the order management and inventory systems.
• Adhere to all safety protocols while handling products and packaging.
• Work closely with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.

Requirement

• NITEC in relevant field & above

Job Responsibilities:

• Taking over from Customer Service (“CS”) department the invoicing function
• Coordinate with CS department in getting relevant info and supporting for invoicing and ensure timely billing to customer
• Collect customer cheques from Admin and prepare bank in slips
• Update cash book balances and AR report
• Process AR receipts by matching customer payment with sales invoices
• Follow up with customer for any over/under payment
• Follow up with customers for overdue invoices
• Prepare intercompany invoice
• Prepare and post receipts journal in ERP system
• Generate / send debtors’ monthly statements of account
• Monitoring of accounts receivable movement and updating the Sales department on long overdue accounts
• Filing of invoices and AR receipts
• Input all AR receipts for the month into accounting database-AR module
• Post transactions to the GL module after entries have been reviewed
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least Nitec or accounting certificate and above with 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Job Responsibilities:

• Technical review on new project orders and order assignments to technical engineer & drafter team
• To manage and ensure timely submission of engineering documents i.e. Control Schematic Drawing, General Assembly Drawing, Wiring Diagram, Nameplate Drawing, Test Procedure, Data Sheet and etc

• Providing field support for the customers to resolve after-sales technical issues or technical clarifications
• To attend internal/external kick off Meeting (KOM) when required
• Travel along with Technicians to installation base and sites if situation arise
• To assist manager to lead the department’s improvement programs and/or process efficiency initiatives
• To assist manager in maintaining and updating the department's Standard Operating Procedure
• To carry out Engineering Personnel annual Performance review to ensure competency and give counselling when required
• Support new employee orientation by providing brief Engineering department process flow training
• Support and Guide the Operation department in resolving aftermarket technical issues such as Product Design changes / Fault Finding / Supplier Discrepancies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Instrumentation or equivalent
• Minimum 6 to 8 years supervisory experience in Valve Automation and/or instrumentation background, preferably in the Valves & Actuators field for Oil & Gas Market
• Conversant with ISO 12490 / API 6DX / IOGP S-707 / SHELL DEP standards or other industrial standards related to Valve Automation and/or instrumentation
• Possess a strong knowledge in Pneumatic and Hydraulic circuits
