Job Description

Legal Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing and negotiating a variety of legal agreements, including NDAs and commercial contracts with service providers, under the guidance of the Senior Legal Counsel.
• Manage the filing and organization of contractual documents within the contract management system.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Legal Counsel.

Corporate Governance Responsibilities:

• Provide support for corporate secretarial and governance matters, including coordinating with and overseeing corporate secretarial service providers.
• Help maintain and update the internal database for template documents and transaction or investment records.

Compliance Responsibilities:

• Prepare and handle KYC documentation for the company and its clients.
• Collaborate with business units to monitor and update policies and procedures.
• Contribute to maintaining a compliance monitoring program.
• Stay informed on regulatory developments and ensure timely updates.
• Assist in developing induction and training materials as needed.

The Successful Applicant

• LLB with at least 2 years of relevant experience or NQ Singapore-qualified lawyer.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts effectively.
• Proactive and resourceful, capable of contributing in a fast-paced workplace.
