Job Description:

• Support Project Managers on project executions
• Coordinate and plan with Project Manager for site installation schedule
• Plan and submit cables, connectors and accessories list for procuring for assigned project
• Attend construction meeting with Project Manager, if applicable
• Coordinate and plan with internal installation team (or sub-contractor) for cabling, installation, and racking works
• Coordinate with other trades in the project such as data, lighting, carpentry for cabling and installation works that involve the other trades
• Ensuring all cabling and installation works are done correctly accordingly to design schematics by installation team
• Work with project manager to provide site progress updates for weekly report

Requirements:

• Preferably at least two years of experience in the operation, engineering and / or installation of AV systems.
• Safety certifications – BCSS/Supervise Construction Work for Workplace Health & Safety
• Any industry certification will be an advantage

Our client, who specializes in developing innovative optoelectronics and photonic solutions for various applications, is looking for suitable candidates as an Product Engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and Develop Optical Interposer products for yield and performance
• Drive yield enhancement and defect elimination on a variety of optical engine designs based on Optical Interposer
• Perform data analysis, problem characterization, and fault isolation to determine the root cause of the problem
• Define problems by identifying failure modes, quantity of material affected, percent fallout, etc.
• Responsible for monitoring, improving, recording, organizing, tracking and presenting the process yield data of fab partners
• Implement checklists, guidelines, "lesson learnt" and history documents to capture and record all yield-improvement activities
• Yield maintenance and yield improvement on multiple products
• Yield analysis to provide yield loss correlation to electrical, optical and physical (placement) parameters
• Analysis of related failure analysis methodologies, such as electrical failure analysis and physical analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Optoelectronics/Photonics/Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Physics or other disciplines
• Minimum 1-2 years’ working experience with technical background in optoelectronics, optical components, and photonic device systems and sub-systems
• Training in semiconductor-based light-emitting optoelectronics is preferred
• Knowledge of failure analysis methodologies
• Programming and scripting skills and computational literacy; e.g. C/C++, Python, MATLAB/Octave, etc.
• Preferably from optoelectronics manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of laser masking

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary: Up to S$4,500 (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
