• Accurately interpret drawings and specifications, and measures / calculates the quantities required by the project
• Prepare Bills of Quantities
• Obtained quotations and do up evaluation for quotations
• Prepare the sub-contract/purchasing document for review & approval
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claim to Architect/Client
• Compute variation order claim and prepare the final accounts for settlement with client/consultant
