• 1 to 2 years of working experience in Beauty/Retail/Sales

What Will You Do

• Telemarketing or Cold Calls to identify and develop strong clients’ accounts, both new and existing business to achieve sales targets
• Serve with urgency and commitment to support and fulfil clients and candidates needs
• Source suitable candidates via advertising, resume mining, networking and referrals
• Screen resumes, short-list, interview and select the right match of candidates according to clients’ requirements and job responsibilities.

* Oversee efficiency of operational processes

* Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions, including customer support

* Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs

* Monitor and report on department performance
