- Bachelor degree in Computer science or related field.

- Prior Fintech experience ( Blockchain/CapitalMarkets/FinancialPayement) will be advantage.

Airexport Customer Service

Working day: 5.5 day during probation, 5.25 after probation (Alt Sat)
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri), 9am to 1pm (Sat)
Salary: $2200 - $3300
Location: Changi

Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated support to assigned customers and overseas agents, handling all aspects of sales quotations, RFIs, RFQs, and inquiries related to air freight.
• Arrange air export bookings with airlines and co-loader agents, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling.
• Follow up with clients on shipment progress and updates, manage air export billing, verify invoices, and handle any rate discrepancies.
• Coordinate closely with customers, sales teams, and overseas agents, while liaising effectively with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment arrangements and meet client requirements.
• Proactively address client inquiries, provide solutions for logistics needs, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking associates.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with air operations and cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, with a team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet client and operational demands.
• Able to perform OT when required.
