Job Description:

• The ideal applicant must have strong business acumen and be accountable for the P&L and operational success of the Singapore branch.
• Responsible for overall coordination with all internal stakeholders in order to execute strategic strategies in order to fulfill monthly and quarterly sales and profit targets.
• Oversees and administers relevant visual dashboards for performance monitoring and operational optimization in order to maximize operational performance and ultimately provide bottom-line results.
• Oversees companywide initiatives to ensure essential deliverables are met in order to optimize resources, save money, and enhance efficiency.
• Responsible for the overall coordination of essential last mile tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and quality goals are fulfilled.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, and ensuring that staff and leaders are on the same page with strategic goals.
• The potential individual must be well-versed in bus operations.
• Ensure that corporate policies are conveyed throughout the organization and that they are followed at all times.
• Ensure that the organization is in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a suitable discipline (for example, business, management, or marketing). An MBA or other higher degree is a plus.
• Experience as a General Manager or in another managing position is required. Experience in Marine Services is required.
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to drive revenue and profitability.
