• Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
• Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (FULL TIME )

LEAD THE COMPANY'S FINANCIAL TEAM AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING THE COMPANY'S FUNDS, BUDGET, FINANCIAL REPORTING, RISK MANAGEMENT, TAXATION, INTERNAL AUDITING AND COST CONTROL.

POSSESS SOLID FINANCMANAGEMENT KNOWLEDGE AND RICH PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE, AS WELL AS EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH A GOOD REPUTATION AND CREDIBILITY WITHIN AND OUTSIDE THE COMPANY.

HAVE THE ABILITY TO BE FLEXIBLE AND ADAPTABLE TO CHANGING MARKET ENVIRONMENTS AND BUSINESS CHALLENGES.

AT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORSLEVEL, YOU NEED TO REPORT TO THE CHAIRMAN OR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND PARTICIPATE IN THE DECIDSION-MAKING PROCESS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AS THE MAIN REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMPANY'S FINANCIAL AFFAIRS.

COMMUNICATE AND COOPERATE EFFECTIVELY WITH EXTERNAL AUDITORS, INVESTORS, ANALYSTS AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS TO ENSURE THAT THE COMPANY'S FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE IS FULLY RECOGNIZED AND PAID ATTENTION TO.

The Job

• Drive sales activities to connect with new and existing customers to establish and maintain business relationships
• Handling Corporate Functions roles: Engineering / Sales & Marketing / Accountancy, Banking & Finance / Technology / Human Resources
• Communicate with clients regarding the acquisition of talent by sourcing candidates through business contacts, referrals, LinkedIn, directing recruiting, existing database and internet advertising
• Manage your own day to ensure that you are successfully creating your own pipeline and achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly individual/team targets
• Able to work within a supportive and collaborative team environment
• Manage candidate care activities including database and associated recruitment administration

The Talent

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any studies with 1-2 years of relevant experience from recruitment agency background or Human Resource related field
• Candidates with recruitment background will be preferred
• Strong drive to succeed in sales with passionate about identifying talent needs and supporting top talent in identifying the right career path.
• Looking for an energetic and proactive person with strong communication skills.
• Proven team player with pro-active style takes initiative and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
