Job Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate marketing activities such as, School Open Houses, Education Fairs, Workshops, etc.
• Course Consultation with students and parents, by understanding their interests, recommending courses and campuses to study at.

Requirements

• Fresh Graduates or Bachelor Degree holders with 2 to 3 years working experiences (preferably in sales and marketing industry, especially in overseas student recruitments).
• Good communication skills.
• Comfortable with meeting enrolment targets.

Job scope

· To conceptual and design of mechanical/electrical/BMS engineering works

· Assist Manager in Project planning, budget cost control and execution of Project

· Coordinate with Main Con and other contractors for BMS installation work

· Cross department /Sub contractor collaboration from conceptualisation till project delivery

· Prepare site progress report and necessary project documentation that may include method statement and ensure timely project handover

· Proficiency in managing cost

· Update and upkeep relevant installation drawings

· Resolve technical issues relating to installation, commissioning and testing

· Review non-conformities detected in product/work and determine the disposition of the non-conformities

Requirements:

· Diploma up Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

· 1 year up experience in project management of BMS (Building management system/ Building Automation)
