Role Purpose:

To deliver year on year sales and revenue growth targets for the Lonza Cell & Gene Technologies (CGT) business unit. To proactively identify and build a pipeline of deals with new customers and to build relationships with assigned target accounts. To be able to effectively promote current technical capabilities and new technologies (as they become available) to facilitate generation and closing of new clinical and commercial business opportunities in the gene therapy / viral therapy and cell therapy space. Requirement:

Education

Experience

10+ years’ relevant product management experience, preferably with a background in managing cross-product relationships in the financial services industry / Fintech / Digital commerce.

• 3+ years’ direct or indirect external client experience is a MUST.
• Experience with digital product strategy and execution is a MUST.
• Prior experience of working with second line partners is a MUST.
• Experience in successful implementation of large, customer experience projects while managing cross functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to respond quickly and creatively to complex issues.
• Demonstrated ability to self-direct work efforts, meet deadlines, and produce consistent high-quality work.
• Excellent verbal, digital, and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree is required. Masters is Good to have.

When the manager manages restaurant, it means they order, receive, store and track all of the restaurant's food and beverages, including its equipment and supplies. Therefore, one of this job's key responsibilities is to ensure that there's enough inventory to fulfil the menu requirements and to meet customer demand. To meet these demands, they perform tasks such as:

• monitoring usage rates of the various dishes and managing waste to ensure the restaurant doesn't sustain unnecessary costs
• storing food inventory at the right temperature and in clean, secure units
• preventing shortages or overstocking by monitoring inventory levels and ordering the supplies on time
• In this position, you have the crucial duty to ensure that the physical appearance of the establishment remains attractive, hygienic and comfortable for customers. This involves creating and enforcing a schedule that outlines the daily, weekly and monthly tasks required to keep the place clean. The cleaning usually happens before opening hours and in between busy service periods. Cleaning doesn't only apply to the inside of a restaurant, but also to the external areas, such as the landscaping areas and parking lot.
