NATURE AND SCOPE:

The incumbent sets direction and develops policies and procedures for subordinate staff.

He or she manages personnel and customer strategic agreements to meet customer requirements for equipment support from commissioning throughout the life of the installation as well as the supply optimization of the value chain offered to the end user.

Incumbent directs all aspects of the aftermarket business at the regional level, specifically as follows:

Business Responsibilities – Plan and direct the customer interface of all aftermarket programs and products within the region. Develop incremental business opportunities and manage current supply systems, including parts sales, overhaul & repair, training, field service, maintenance contracts, asset management services, and technical support.

1) Leadership Responsibilities – Select, train, coach and motivate, through effective and timely performance review and sound management practices, a professional and effective management, sales, technical, and administrative workforce in order to achieve maximum efficiency of resources and highest level of safety, customer satisfaction and profitability.

2) External Relations – Manage the interface with senior customer operations, financial, maintenance, management personnel and executives during the formation, negotiation, and execution of strategic agreements and alliances. Develop and execute solution-based strategies to meet customer needs. Direct the appropriate resources to coordinate with outside contractors and vendors on technical and commercial matters.

3) Business Plans – Prepare and manage business plans, forecasts, and S&OP for international regions and/or regions of unusual size or complexity to accomplish company financial and product support goals in line with Technical Service Center/Customer Services strategies. Provide input to long-range geo-economic and industry trend forecasts and devise regional strategies considering such analysis.

4) Technical Management Responsibilities – Ensure all product issues are well defined and reported to the appropriate Company functions and that proper issue resolution is achieved.

5) Strategies and Programs – Develop long-term strategic agreements and strategies to support the sale of Customer Services programs and products within assigned region. Collaborate with and support agent activities. Provide support for new equipment sales activities through customer presentations and the formulation of custom support plans and agreements. Assume role of Alliance Manager for key accounts.

6) Internal Relations – Provide feedback on market conditions and customer programs to Customer Service management and other San Diego based functions. Ensure that customer and product issues are well defined and proper issue resolution is achieved. Influence/impact San Diego organizations to develop new service products and business strategies and systems.

7) Freedom to Act- Represent the company in negotiations with customers, agents, and distributors regarding policy, warranty, agreements, conflicts, etc. Respond to a wide range of commercial and technical challenges and manage risks decisively yet completes due diligence and considers the impact on other departments.

8) Environmental/Health/Safety Responsibilities- Ensure that all phases of operations are aware of and act in accordance with Company policies, guidelines, safety procedures/practices and ethics issues.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Plan and direct the sale, marketing, business management and customer interface for all customer services products in assigned region to meet or exceed plan revenues and margins.

· Identify, hire, train, motivate, and develop high quality candidates for the CSSR and DSM positions. Oversee the management of staffing levels to ensure adequate support for all anticipated customer requirements and staff development.

· Assure the highest level of customer satisfaction and repeat business by negotiating and supervising the settlement of product and quality disputes within authority delegation guidelines.

· Oversee and supervise the preparation and management of accurate forecasts of revenues and departmental budgets, S&OP volumes, manpower and training requirements, capital equipment, field service utilization, ESA’s, Warranty and Policy.

· Develop programs and strategies to manage agent relationships, increase product sales, and introduce new CS products and programs, and product services. Plan and attend trade shows and seminars, represent Solar at public functions.

· Systematically track, analyze, and communicate competitive and customer market data to support global marketing efforts. Motivate staff to participate in market information gathering.

· Provide leadership and proactively manage the field interface necessary to support the technical serves center and the effective resolution of product related issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Requires a minimum of a B.S. in Engineering or Business and a background in service, management and experience in knowledge of Solar products, markets, and policies is necessary. New Equipment sales experience is a plus.
• Prior experience managing Third Party Intermediaries such as Representatives and Distributors.
• Previous successful experience leading employees through challenging commercial or technical activities is required.
• Must demonstrate cultural savvy, tenacity, initiative, influence, communication, organizational, and planning skills.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Chief Resident Engineer (CRE) and assist with coordination and interfacing matters with the Contractors of the IWMF and also TWRP.

• With a focus on inter-disciplinary construction management, assist the CRE to coordinate the existing team of discipline Lead Resident Engineers as required, including liaison with our in-house Engineering Design Manager (EDM) on any outstanding design issues that may affect immediate construction activities.

• Lead and coordinate the construction work interface between IWMF contractors and TWRP contractors works and tie-ins etc and in particular with counterpart Interface Manager from TWRP.

• Lead and set up interface meetings between the various Contractors to drive the Contractors to resolve their coordination and tie-in point issues.

• Coordinate with BIM Manager and set up interface BIM walk through sessions as required with the Contractors.

• Project delivery planning updates for the interfacing/tie-in points from the IWMF/TWRP Contractors with a specific focus on MEICA issues given the stage of the project.

• Coordinate and expedite internally on urgent RFA/RFI submissions with regards to interfacing matters, in particular between EPC1 and EPC2 but also with IWMF and TWRP.

• Attend other site meetings as required by CRE and coordinate internally to resolve technical issues with the Contractors with regards to interfacing matters with a specific focus on MEICA issues given the stage of the project.

• Attend and follow-up on interface/coordination matters arising from Weekly Progress Meetings, MEICA Erection Meetings, Contractors Interface Meetings, BIM Review Meetings, interface meetings with TWRP, etc and as required for the coordinated completion of the Works under each contract as they lead into the Testing and Commissioning phase of the project.

Requirements:

• A relevant Mechanical Engineering Degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or registration with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in design coordination, MEICA interface management, and construction of large infrastructure and/or industrial projects, waste to energy plants, power plant projects, or waste/water management projects in Singapore is preferred but overseas/international experience will also be considered as relevant for a multidisciplinary experienced candidate.

• Manage and perform checks on BIM deliverables to identify discrepancies.
• Ensure PIM and AIM compliance with PIR, LTAEIR, LOIN, and regulations.
• Rectify geo-coordinate misalignment issues in PIM and AIM before submission.
• Verify and address issues in federated PIM and AIM with interfacing contracts.
• Set up, maintain, and manage CDE, BIM hardware, software, and templates.
• Implement cybersecurity measures for the Contractor’s CDE platform.
• Conduct regular clash detection analysis for PIM, AIM, and CCSM.
• Track and resolve design and construction conflicts within CCSM deliverables.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil or equivalents.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design, construction, or IDD project management.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project BIM Coordinator on large-scale or infrastructure projects.
• Certified in BIM (Specialist Diploma) or Digital Delivery Specialist (DDM Tier 2).
• Knowledge of 4D/5D software and coordination tools like Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM360 is preferred.

The Custody Implementations & Change Manager provides responsibility and oversight to onboard new custody clients while also supporting existing clients with incremental growth asks. May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results. Work affects an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Responsibilities:

• Focuses on timely and accurate delivery of all custody related activities and products being implemented for clients, as well as delivering superior customer service and resolution of customer concerns related to the onboarding process.
• Responsible for project management in the custody space, while managing cross-functional relationships with all teams when applicable. Working closely with Implementation managers when multi-product deals are being executed.
• Collaborates with team on new work procedures.
• Responsible for customer interaction, documentation issuance, review and support in conjunction with partnering teams.
• Demonstrates high level of diligence, motivation and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated and proven Project management skills including strong management and oversight of project activities such as but not limited to, Project plan writing, tracking project activities & milestones, forecasting and managing Risk and Issue Logs well to mitigate project delays.
• Advanced execution skills in a multi-tasking mode. Extremely well organized with own time and able to prioritize effectively to manage multiple deals at the same time. Ability to achieve business objectives without compromising on controls and risk parameters established. • Able to partner with businesses and other support functions at any level to execute role effectively. Able to strive under pressure and covert opportunity from risk. Should be open to working staggered hour /shift / over weekend and on public holidays (if required). Essential Job Functions

The Assistant Manager, Exhibitions, is responsible for the development of multiple Permanent and Temporary Exhibitions. The role covers research, content scoping and project management to deliver meaningful and engaging exhibition experiences for Science Centre’s visitors. The role involves supervision of junior staff comprising imagineers and producers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and implement exhibition experiences, encompassing content scoping, ideation, timeline and budget management, project oversight, script development, and stakeholder management to ensure successful and timely project delivery within budget.

- Conduct post-project reviews, collaborate with department heads to assess impact, employ formative and summative methodologies, communicate risks to the team, and work on risk mitigation.

- Organize cross-departmental events to foster engagement, ensuring smooth operations, and promoting high performance and well-being is a key aspect of the role. This includes organizing talks, forums, and competitions, providing training, conducting check-ins with staff, and promoting organizational culture.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Science or its equivalent, along with a strong understanding or experience in scientific principles and/or research, science communication and project management. Experience in museum interpretive studies is an added advantage.

Other Skills/Abilities

He/She should possess a self-driven and creative nature, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Additionally, he/she should demonstrate a keen aesthetic and/or design sense, a genuine passion for science, and the ability to effectively translate concepts into engaging experiences.
