Work closely with teacher/manager in Training delivery teams. Taking responsibility for the ongoing development all levels of centre colleagues.

Reviewing and defining clearly all centre roles, any required shift and candidate profiles required across the contact centre operation

Lead an effective resource planning team, ensuring that resource is fully utilized and any contact demand is effectively covered.

Applying best practice, develop continuous improvement plans and make recommendations based upon the employee and customer insight.

Develop plans and offer insight and knowledge to the organization on the use of new tools and technologies; Telephony, CRM and WFM to create a cost effective operation consistently achieving contact handling .

Act as the Voice of the Customer, championing change and improvements across the customer experience, drive change and influence future change/projects to support and achieve improvements in the customer experience.

Deliver cost efficiencies and increased in Customer Satisfaction Scores.

Enhance the quality of customer interactions, ensuring quality assurance, compliance, regulatory and legal obligations are met across all interactions.

About This Role

What you need to succeed

In order for you to be successful in this position you will have:

• At least 3 years of related working experience within the Banking industry specifically within the Market Risk Management space
• A good understanding of various financial products
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel such as VBA (Macros are an added advantage)
• Effective communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Supervise the general operations and responsible for daily smooth operations

Supervise the general maintenance and housekeeping working area

Liaise with supporting personnel on maintenance and repair works

Handle and oversee arrangements and setups for facility bookings and events

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and strategize end-to-end project activities, including coordination and sourcing of materials at competitive prices.
• Control and manage project expenditure within guidelines.
• Provide project support to departments, overseeing site evaluation, reviewing technical drawings, and meeting clients when necessary.
• Ensure timely communication and coordination between internal and external customers.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail and possess a good working knowledge of carpentry and construction details.
• Responsible for props checking, on-site project checklist preparation, tools and equipment management, and post-installation reporting.
• Provide project management training to the Support Team.

• Proficient in project management principles and practices, including project estimation, technical aspects, costing, liaison, labor forecasting, and building permits.
• Capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to engage with external and internal customers effectively.
• Willingness to work irregular hours based on project requirements.
