• Source, interview, and select applicants for technical positions.
• Write job descriptions, Match applicants to job openings, Source for future job openings.
• List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels.
• Call applicants and perform phone screens, Participate in final selection of applicant.
• Perform background checks on applicants and identify potential red flags.
• Compose offer letters and negotiate salary and benefits.
• Participate in implementing new recruiting technology, such as applicant tracking systems and screening tools.

Qualification:

• To qualify for this role, you have strong consulting or recruitment background (min 2 - 5 years experience) in your specific knowledge focusing in Banking/ Technology/ FI/Insurance/ Manufacturing/ Healthcare industry.
• Excellent verbal, written skills, you are very confident to interact with people from a wide variety of cultural and professional backgrounds.
