Conduct regular performance evaluations of chartered vessels, review voyage economics, and identify areas for improvement.

Manage contracts and ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to dry bulk chartering.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as operations, bunkering, marine accounting, and legal to support chartering activities effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a Chartering Manager in the dry bulk shipping industry in the global region, preferably having had a specific focus on tonnage.

Strong understanding of the dry bulk shipping market, including vessel types, cargo types, and trade routes.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for pursuing sales opportunities to sell Geotechnical Instrumentation and monitoring, Site Investigation, and related testing services to clients across the Construction Industry. Reporting directly to the Sales Director (Asia), the BDM is responsible for driving and achieving growth with High Touch Accounts and by prospecting for new opportunities with new clients. Job Duties:

• Establish and proactively maintain a strong professional relationship with key decision makers and influencers within assigned accounts.

Job Requirements:

1.
