What will I be doing?

As a Cluster Sales Manager/Cluster Senior Sales Manager (Leisure) , you will be working on maximizing revenue opportunities for the leisure segment. He/She will be directly responsible for performing the following task to the highest standards:

• Maximize all travel segment revenue opportunities
• Review sales and other revenue generating business plans, identify gaps, ensure proactive measures to fill hotel and conference space capacity, and meet set targets
• Contribute to the selling strategy of the hotel and manage the departments so that Team Members adhere to the strategy

• Conduct “Bring Back Old Business” and repeat calls to increase demand and overall revenue
• Conduct Conrad Journey (site inspections) and host as entertainment for potential clients where relevant and appropriate

• Ensure that sales call plans are submitted on weekly basis the week prior to CADOS/CDOS
