They are now looking for a Senior Recruitment Executive to join their expanding team!

Location: Tampines (walking distance from Tampines West MRT)

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, engage and hire top talent across all levels of the organization
• Lead, mentor and manage a small team to understand current and future talent needs
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide expert guidance on workforce planning and role requirements to ensure alignment between organizational objectives and recruitment efforts
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, on-boarding etc.
• Utilize data-driven insights to analyse recruitment metrics, optimize processes and report on hiring outcomes
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing methods, including networking, talent acquisition partners, referrals, social media, recruitment events, recruiters, campus and career fairs etc.
• Oversee and manage the employer branding strategy to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the talent acquisition process

Requirements:

• Degree In Business Administration (Specializing in HR) or equivalent
• Minimal of 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition and management
• Experience in hiring for technical roles is advantageous
• Experience in Team Leading is preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Responsible for generating and following through on sales leads

· Identify new business opportunities and channels by prospecting for potential customers and partners

· Acquire relevant product knowledge and market information about the product range.

· To promote our products/solutions to new clients

· Responsible for developing and executing quarterly sales plans to expand existing client base and generate new business to meet established quota

· Attending to sales inquiries, preparing sales proposals, negotiating and closing agreements

· Have a ability to withstand pressure to complete the scheduled sales

· Provide accurate forecast and activity reports to management

Requirements:

Manager Responsibilities:

• Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations
• Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.
• Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
• Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed.
• Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies.
• Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive.
• Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties.
• Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.
• Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.

Manager Requirements:

• More education or experience may be preferred or required.
• Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
• Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
• Able to work on weekend and public holidays.

Ensuring that all security staff are trained on policies and procedures including conflict resolution techniques

· Maintaining good relationships with local law enforcement agencies to ensure they can be called upon in case of an emergency

· Interviewing potential employees to determine whether they have the right qualifications and experience for the job

· Ensuring that nightclub security personnel are trained in conflict resolution methods and laws regarding the use of force

· Overseeing the financial operations of the nightclub to ensure compliance with industry standards

· Determining the number of employees needed to run the business efficiently and effectively

· Coordinating the entertainment schedule with the DJ and other staff members, such as security guards or event coordinators

· Overseeing the hiring process for new employees to ensure that they meet all requirements

· Discussing any concerns patrons might have with security staff and resolving issues if possible
